Two Pattonville secondary level administrators announced

The Pattonville Board of Education, on March 10, approved the selection of Steven Gerace as an assistant principal of Pattonville Heights Middle School and Gene Grimshaw as the principal of Pattonville High School. Both will begin their roles on July 1.

Steven Gerace

Gerace is currently an assistant principal at West Middle School in the Parkway School District. Prior to that, he was an assistant principal and K-5 instructional coach and social studies teacher in Arizona. Gerace has a master’s degree in educational administration from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Eastern Illinois University. He enters a position being vacated by Matt Buschman who is taking an administrative role in another school district.

Gene Grimshaw

Grimshaw has worked in Pattonville for 25 years. Currently, he is the school’s associate principal and, previously, he was an assistant principal and a social studies teacher at the high school. Grimshaw has an education specialist degree in administration and a master's degree in secondary administration, both from William Woods University, and a bachelor's degree in secondary education from Westminster College. He enters a position being vacated by Teisha Ashford, who has taken an administrative position in another school district.
