Pattonville launches Bloomz to streamline school-to-home communication

Pattonville’s new school-to-home communications platform, Bloomz, is officially live for the 2025-2026 school year. Invitations to join Bloomz were sent to families and staff the week of Aug. 4, and training for staff is taking place following their return on Aug. 11.

Bloomz is designed to streamline communication by bringing school news, classroom updates and important announcements into one easy-to-use platform. It replaces other messaging tools such as Remind, Class Dojo and the Band app, while keeping established learning platforms like Canvas, Seesaw and Empower in place for instructional needs.

Having one main platform for school-to-home communication will help families stay connected to their student’s learning and school community in one place. This will make it easier for families to receive important information, choose how they want to be notified and access updates in their preferred language.

Throughout the back-to-school season, staff will be available to help families set up and access their Bloomz accounts. Families who have not yet activated their account can follow the instructions included in the invitation sent by email or text last week.

For more information about Bloomz, including how to activate your account and set notification preferences, visit Pattonville’s website.
