Class of 2026 honored during Senior Awards Night

Members of the Class of 2026 were recognized during Senior Awards Night before graduation. Pattonville High School senior Myla Hunter was named the Outstanding Senior. The Outstanding Senior is chosen each year from teacher nominations. Watch Hunter's speech below.

The high school also honored several seniors with Outstanding Senior Departmental Awards and other special recognitions. Each department recognizes one student who has shown outstanding academic achievement, leadership and citizenship. This year’s departmental award winners are: Moussa Abraheem, science; Alivia Ball, German; Nick Benbow, production technology arts (Pirate TV) and vocal music; Kate Bockhorst, art; Christina Chirwa, French; Jenna Cochran, ECHO yearbook; Shauntavia Conway, business; Noah Doering, industrial technology; Matthew Duong, English language arts; Clay Eisenbraun, health sciences; Skye Harris, newspaper; Marcus Hughes, PE; Dylan Jamison, band; Shota Kikuchi, speech and debate; Sophia Luraschi, engineering; Tracy Machuki, orchestra; Melissa Mendieta Perez, English learner; Adam Meredith, social studies; Bethsaida Ramirez, Spanish; Leah Schamber, theater; Rhaiza Sebial, community service; Nicholas Shao, computer science; Pearl Truong, family and consumer sciences (FACS); and William Truong, math.

The following students were recognized with special awards: Daniel Clifford and Cochran, Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Sportsmanship Award; Elisha Dukes and Shao, National Merit Scholarship Finalist; Bre’lle May, Thomas Frick Service Award; and Jenna Ridings, St. Louis Post-Dispatch Scholar Athlete. Special community scholarships were presented to recipients on stage followed by students recognized with academic and achievement awards.
