Sometimes it's best to start with the people who know you best!

Each building has its own technology helpdesk that is monitored by their building technology support. If you are leaving a voicemail, provide detailed information (your name, child's name, grade-level, device type, a phone number where you can be reached, and details about the issue or question you have.

Finding balance in a digital world is critical to our mental and physical well-being. Too much screen time, blue light before bed, social media and other notifications contribute to feelings of frustration, fear of missing out, inability to fall asleep or stay asleep... all of which can have detrimental impacts on our mental health.

Fortunately, our devices have baked-in features that allow users to control how much time is spent on devices or using apps, as well as ways to control notifications and limit distractions.
