Dr. Tina Plummer has served as a building level and central office level administrator in Missouri for over twenty years. Since July 2018 she has served as the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning for the Pattonville School District. Her mission as a leader is to prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s challenges. She works every day to provide leadership, service and support to ALL district staff so that they have the necessary support to ensure ALL students can learn.

Dr. Aaron is currently the Director of Elementary Education who works with educators and staff members across the district, to provide the best learning environment for students. Montize has been a Director of Student Services, an Elementary Principal, an assistant Principal, and an Elementary Teacher. Montize holds an Educational Doctorate degree in leadership from Maryville University.

Dr. Cara Hiripitiyage serves administrators, teachers, and students at the middle and high school levels through organizing and facilitating professional development, curriculum writing, materials selection, and other secondary education supports. Throughout her time in education, she has served as an English teacher and an assistant principal. She is an advocate for supporting the diverse needs of all learners through personalized, culturally proficient learning. Dr. Hiripitiyage holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Maryville University.

Dr. Odetta Smith has served in a wide variety of roles in her 23 years in public education both as a teacher and administrator. As the Director of Innovation & Life Readiness she supports district initiatives in personalized learning, EL programming, Federal Programs, Library Services and MOCAP. Dr. Smith holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Maryville University.
