Dr. Cara Hiripitiyage serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning in the Pattonville School District. With experience as a teacher, assistant principal, and curriculum leader, she is committed to supporting educators and advancing personalized, culturally proficient learning for all students. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Maryville University.

Dr. Aaron is currently the Director of Elementary Education who works with educators and staff members across the district, to provide the best learning environment for students. Montize has been a Director of Student Services, an Elementary Principal, an assistant Principal, and an Elementary Teacher. Montize holds an Educational Doctorate degree in leadership from Maryville University.

Dr. Tammy Hasheider serves administrators, teachers, and students at the middle and high school levels through organizing and facilitating professional development, curriculum writing, materials selection, and other secondary education supports. Throughout her time in education, she has served as a middle and high school math teacher, a department leader for high school mathematics, a district technology specialist, and as the assistant director of technology. She champions the idea that every learner—whether just starting out or well into their journey—should nurture their curiosity, find joy in learning, and sharpen their ability to adapt continuously in a world shaped by constant growth and innovation. Dr. Hasheider holds a doctorate in teacher leadership from Maryville University.

Dr. Odetta Smith has served in a wide variety of roles in her 23 years in public education both as a teacher and administrator. As the Director of Innovation & Life Readiness she supports district initiatives in personalized learning, EL programming, Federal Programs, Library Services and MOCAP. Dr. Smith holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Maryville University.
