The chief financial officer is responsible for managing the district's operations. Areas of responsibility and department contacts are presented below.

Areas of Responsibility and Supervision

  • Budget and Finances
  • Business Office - payroll, employee and retiree benefits, accounts payable, grant accounting, Core Data
  • Community and Staff Engagement - K-8 athletics and activities, staff wellness, Buddy Club/PTAC
  • Facilities - custodial, maintenance, construction (bond projects, etc.), utilities, security systems, building usage
  • Food Services - menu planning, nutrition evaluation, parent payments, food deliveries
  • Printing Services - graphic design and layout, printing, binding, mailing, district courier
  • Purchasing - approval of all purchases, bids, travel arrangements, purchasing cards
  • Technology - computers, printers, Promethean boards, hardware technicians, PowerSchool
