The chief financial officer is responsible for managing the district's operations. Areas of responsibility and department contacts are presented below.
Areas of Responsibility and Supervision
- Budget and Finances
- Business Office - payroll, employee and retiree benefits, accounts payable, grant accounting, Core Data
- Community and Staff Engagement - K-8 athletics and activities, staff wellness, Buddy Club/PTAC
- Facilities - custodial, maintenance, construction (bond projects, etc.), utilities, security systems, building usage
- Food Services - menu planning, nutrition evaluation, parent payments, food deliveries
- Printing Services - graphic design and layout, printing, binding, mailing, district courier
- Purchasing - approval of all purchases, bids, purchasing cards
- Safety and Security
- Technology - computers, printers, Promethean boards, hardware technicians, PowerSchool
