Agreement Between Pattonville School District and the Pattonville Educational Support Professionals
It is the mutual objective of the Board of Education of the Pattonville School District and the Support Staff to provide the best education possible for the students of the public schools of the district. A shared responsibility exists between the Board of Education, administration, and the support staff to work toward understanding and cooperation. The purpose of our communication is to facilitate a full and open exchange of views to ensure efficient, uninterrupted and strife-free operation of the public schools of the district.
The district recognized the need and benefits of establishing a collegial working relationship with the association that represents the majority of the support staff employees. A collegial relationship provides for open communication between the environment whereby conditions of employment for all employees within the organization will be enhanced and the educational program will prosper.
