Self Care
Self-care is any deliberate activity that we do to take care of our emotional, mental, and physical health. Self-care practices help you connect, relieve stress, and facilitate personal growth across a variety of individual wellness areas.
Everyone should practice self-care. Even adults! Get in the habit of practicing self-care daily (even though it may feel sort of strange.)
HealthyPlace.com shares a few easy ways to incorporate daily self-care into your life and why you should do it.
We all face stresses in life – school, work, conflict with peers, and more. How can we cope? In this series of videos produced by MGH Clay Center on self-care, we hear from students in middle school, high school, and college about the stresses in their lives and how they practice self-care to manage.

Dimensions of Wellness
Wellness is a broad concept. In this guide, we attempt to provide a broad, yet specific sense of what it means. We invite you to think of wellness as meaning being healthy in many dimensions of our lives. That includes the emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, financial, social, environmental, and spiritual parts. These dimensions are interconnected, one dimension building on another.
