This year poses some difficult challenges for us in the midst of the global pandemic. In addition, the entire district is presently focused on launching our new virtual learning environment for the first day of school. To help alleviate both of these issues, we made changes to our open enrollment process, including pushing back the open enrollment period to Sept. 8 through 18. The other change involves using a third-party company, American Fidelity, to administer your benefits enrollment process.
What does this mean for you?
Every employee eligible for benefits must schedule a one-on-one virtual benefits meeting with American Fidelity. Please review the "Benefits Video" at the link below to learn about important benefit information for this year, including enrollment. Also attached is information regarding each item discussed in the video, and a flyer for American Fidelity. During your virtual meeting you are also welcome to have family members join you if that is something you desire.
