Pattonville’s Portrait of a Graduate outlines the characteristics we want every student to develop as they learn and grow in our schools. Those same qualities — compassion, collaboration, resilience, critical thinking, communication and innovation — are also reflected in the work staff do every day.

The Portrait of a Graduate recognition cards provide a simple way for staff members to acknowledge colleagues who demonstrate these characteristics in their work. Whether it is supporting a teammate, helping students overcome challenges, sharing ideas or finding creative solutions, these moments happen across our schools and departments every day.

Through this digital card system, staff can send a quick note of appreciation tied to one of the Portrait of a Graduate characteristics. The goal is to highlight the meaningful work already taking place throughout the district and recognize the people who help bring these qualities to life for students.
