Real World Learning

Real world learning is important for all students. It involves students engaging in authentic problems, projects, and experiences that are relevant to their lives and potential careers. This is best accomplished with collaboration between schools, local community partners, and industry experts. Examples include project-based learning, play-based learning, design thinking, maker spaces, client-connected projects, extended learning opportunities, job shadows, and experiential learning.
