This fall, Pattonville High School students began competing in a new activities and athletics conference structure, moving from the Suburban North Conference into the newly established Suburban XII Conference, South Division. The school considers this as its academic conference as well and plans to seek academic and other activity opportunities with its new division mates. The new Suburban XII South Division includes Pattonville, Kirkwood, Parkway North, Ritenour, Rockwood Summit and Webster Groves. This move places Pattonville in a highly competitive environment for every sport and provides the high school with a cadre of teams that offer the same or similar sports and levels (freshman, junior varsity and varsity). Pattonville is already competitive academically with its new division peers. Based on state End of Course exams taken by students in the spring of 2014, Pattonville places in the Top 3 among its division rivals in all academic areas (see list below).
