History Channel Time Machine to visit Pattonville Nov. 16
A chance to see, hear, touch, and feel history will be provided for the community from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m on Friday, Nov, 16 at Pattonville High School. On that day the History Channel Time Machine will be at the school located at 2497 Creve Coeur Mill Road in Maryland Heights. The Time Machine is a 48 foot trailer divided into sections representing ongoing series and special presentations from the History Channel. The interactive exhibits include viewing the Great Wall of China from a space capsule orbiting earth and driving a checkered cab in New York City traffic. On display are items such as the first TV dinner and a dress worn by Marilyn Monroe. Visitors also will be able to select any day in history and find out what happened on that day.

The Time Machine visit was arranged by Charter Communications to coincide with a social studies conference hosted by Pattonville in conjunction with the Missouri National Education Association fall meeting. The exhibit will be open to the public during the visit.
