Two senior members of the Pattonville High School Robotics Club gave a presentation during the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Training Camp held at St. Louis Community College-Florissant Valley.
Greg Bahr and Michael Pieper presented on "Seeing through the Robot's Eyes" during the regional training event. The students explained how to use a phone camera to track a robot's location on the playing field during competitions. The FTC training camps are designed to help rookie robotics teams get started or to serve as a refresher for returning teams.
Pattonville's Robotics Club is sponsored by Susan Mathis, a math, aerospace engineering and digital electronics teacher at the high school.
